Patch: Derive alidir from libdir in Make

Hello!

Would it be acceptable to derive alidir from libdir in the makefile
instead of in the configuration step? When packaging GTKada 3.4.2 I
have to pass "libdir=%{_libdir} alidir=%{_libdir}/gtkada" to the make
install command. With this patch that could be simplified to just
"libdir=%{_libdir}".

I have applied the patch. It doesn't impact our standard scripts for packaging
up GtkAda, so if it helps on your side that's fine with us.
